- exciting and fast moving industry segment - non-hierarchical organization where people are valued - good career development opportunities, if you are geographically mobile

Cons

Company is at the moment severely challenged by competitors at all price points from Mediatek ecosystem in low end, to Android in mid segments to Apple dominating the +$300. This creates uncertainty for the future that is palpable in employee morale.

Nokia supports a great work life balance. Respectful of personal time. I've heard stories of Nokia being an awesome place to work in the past. I only worked there for 5 years of declining market share. It was not a great place due to the business problems - therefore salary increases were minimal.

Cons

Waste money. Ineffective organizational structure. Does not empower divisions to take advantage of opportunities. Does not understand the US market.
