Pros

New Technology - You can find exciting technology to work on Leading edge - Nice People - The people respect each other but when it comes to survival ..good luck Good benefits - 401 matching, health and vacations are good

Cons

Making change for the sake of change every 6 months. Nokia is trying to have the perfect staff so they go through changes (layoffs) every 6 - 12 months. It does not work, look at the stock performance. The lay people off and buy companies to gain ground in some techology. It is very risky to work for such comapny. If you don't work in Finland forget it.

Pros

friendly environment a lot of opportunities a lot of good people in that company, but there are some unqulified ones

Cons

bureaucratic, and slow moving to the market change the administration expense is too high to run the operation, so how to reduce the operation expense and be competetive in the market is a question
