Pros

Employees are very well looked after. Benefits are very good and the company is very flexible about working hours, balancing with outside etc. Lot of support internally for development.

Cons

Nokia is a global company but remains very Finland centric. If you want to progress in the company then it's advisable to spend time in Finland. That may be very limiting of course if there is no opportunity to do that in the area of business you may be in.

Pros

-Work/life balance is great -Lots of great employees (plenty of intelligent people around) -Company has great market share and innovation potential

Cons

-Stress level is high, likely because the company communication between departments is disorganized and automation is an after thought (or never thought of) -Overabundance of information in numerous disparate locations. -Employees rely on technology communication vs face-to-face -Lots of meetings, many of which are ineffective and inefficient
