Pros

Strong brand name of the company makes it an attractive place to work in. Believes in investing in employees to cultivate their skills. Very open-minded culture whereby employees can easily relocate to another country for other opportunities within Nokia. Good infrastructure within the organisation to make the employees feel well-supported in their daily chores.

Cons

Consistent restructuring over the last few years makes it a very unsettling place to work in. Downsizing exercise has greatly dampened the morale of the employees. Doesn't seem to have an answer to growing challenges from Apple, Google and other handset manufacturers.
