Pros

The work life balance - if you want it - is awesome. You will also work with some great people.

Cons

Saying that you'll work with lots of not so awesome people. Also the very top seems to lack direction or the ability to convey it.

*Nice offices and accommodations (covered parking) *Generally nice people on all floors excluding the maid (I mean executive assistant) on the 7th floor.

Cons

*This company knows nothing about the US market and keeps cutting jobs because of it. It's depressing to see talented people get booted when it's senior management's Finnish-nepotism and a worthless marketing group who is bringing the company down. *Most former coworkers and friends left before the reorgs for RIM *hiring freeze means replacing full timers with contractors.
