Too many lay-offs. Unstable leadership that does not know how to chart a winning way forward. Basically this is a company that is surviving on the fumes of its past success.

Good work life balance, work pressure is less. Some of the perks given are good, but these are fast vanishing with time.

Cons

No job security. You are forced to look for a new team to keep your job every 6 months. You will go nowhere in your career. Too slow to react to changes. Many people doing the same thing without knowledge of what is happening in the other parts of the organistation.
