It was very easy (and also encouraged) to ask for help from anyone (and I mean anyone); and surely you could receive help from colleague. Work-life balance - having strong Finnish culture, the company is extremely flexible on your work-life tradeoffs. you can agree practically any arrangement with your line manager; and that is one of huge positive aspects. Flat organization structure - it really helps if you can go to anyone, including very senior managers, and approach them with your problems, issues, concerns. It is in company's culture to try to help, and back-stabbing is almost non-existent.

Work Culture is great. People support each other very well. The senior management encourages openness and camaraderie within the teams. Brand: The fifth most vauable barnd is still a benchmark in terms of organization and processes within. You get recognized outside well if you are from Nokia. Flexibility: Easy work times, one can manage his personal and professional life well in Nokia. Learnings: Great place to learn. It has a history of successes and each can be a worthy case study. Opportunities to advance career: Performers are rewarded well in terms of career path and movement upwards in the organization or in geographies.
