Depending on where you work, and in which part of the organisation: - advancement opportunity - professional development opportunity - work/life balance is excellent - value driven organisation Choose carefully on joining and consider your future aspirations heavily while doing so. This could be the difference between turning up for work looking forward to the challenges it brings, and turning up for work being a challenge in itself.

Depending on where you work, and in which part of the organisation: - (opposite of all of the above) - huge gulf in between leadership abilities of Senior & Junior management - plenty of dead end roles - pockets of stagnation
