People are friendly, humorous, social benefits are on a decent level, overall atmosphere is pretty good, hard to get fired

Cons

Salary is not enough compared with tasks you need to do, Overtimes are usually obligatory, sometimes it's hard to believe that this particular person is a high level manager

Work is interesting, challenging and fun. People are bright, hardworking and motivated. Health care and insurance benefits are very good. I believe that salary is okay, though not the highest in the industry.

Cons

Very difficult to achieve work-life balance; most of us are overworked! Limited opportunities for career advancement. Many cliques and egos.

Work life balance is difficult and some management is difficult to work for. Overall company does not value people and prefers to outsource in some cases without warning.
