- As any Tech Company, it has many unforeseen and not anticipated changes in the Org. Structure affecting lots of workers (including senior staff across the globe) - just like layoffs, but instead they do not call it a Layoff.
- The extreme focus in decreasing costs took a great hit at the Company's quality: Lots of outsourcing without proper care, or structuring causing concerning obstacles and avoidable stress within impacted teams.
