-Good place to start a career. -Good salary for recent graduates -Good benefits (free lunch, free health insurance) -Possibility of working from home -Schedule flexibility -Work time control prevents the overtime abuses that are common in other organizations -No dress code -Free parking -Good location if you live in the Lisbon area and want to escape most of the traffic

Cons

-Great place to start a career, awful place to pursue a career. -There is a general sense of dissatisfaction with career progress. The general target is to leave after 2/3 years. -Working from home is frowned upon by coworkers -Work time control sometimes makes you feel like you are a prisioner at your workplace -Overcrowded building -Poor parking conditions

Nothing. Not even a single. 6 day late working hours. They even call you on sundays to work.

Cons

Long list: No culture Pathetic colleagues- who dont even know E of english No cooperation. They will give you bundles of work and that too of no use. If you are a btech then please dont ruin your career. Salary comes late. Sometimes 2 months late. If you are on third party payroll- do not join this company.
