Lack of cultural respect and bullying issues from European employees HR policies are so light, that even after multiple complains, management in Europe makes no correction. Whereas management in Asia and US are very strict. Work life balance for IT is not good, compared to work-life balance for the business side employees Sales is very aggressive, compensation is a bit low Product leaders consider sales guys job is only for pouring coffee and wine, especially if you are not from western countries.
