If you are a manager then this is the company for you and you can plan your retirement from here.

Cons

Your manager is your god. He is the one who will make or break your future in NSN. No accountability of Line/Resource Managers. It is a company focussed on Managers. No value of skills. There EES are fake and Ethics are low. Probably worst in North America.

- 6% company match for 401k - flexible work time

Cons

- It's very difficult to get any promotions. Company is interested in the cheapest engineers. - Your salary is based on your nationality not on the competence. Finnish engineers have the highest salaries. On the same position engineer from LAM would get 60 000 - 70 000 $ per year. But Finnish engineer would get 90 000 - 100 000 $. - Most managers don't respect you at all. You wouldn't get any compensation for the overtime or night work.

Very bad management and bad HR. Fire the entire corrupt and utterly useless HR, and get some talented people on board.
