Competitive package, interesting work, looked after staff, Good training, good working environment always enjoyed my time there and opportunities it's opened for me since leaving

Cons

The company got arrogant over time which led to its failure. Knowing where your competition failed is a good insite into the future but with even knowing this information poor decisions were made

large organization - perception of opportunities/growth, better than average benefits package, majority of peers/upper management were approachable & helpful

Cons

company was in middle of merger, industry identity reorg, & multiple internal reorgs, downsizing, & employees voluntarily resigning. US offices were surprisingly very dated, technology challenged, and did not have basic supplies. Overall energy was depressed & lethargic. Hopefully new management & reorgs will result in face lift & new environment.
