Pros

Great teams and very challenging problems to solve everyday and exciting work culture. Great salaries, I don't think any other company can pay you so much than nokia, unless you are working for Google/FB/Some highly funded start up.

Cons

Management is the biggest drawback of this great company. Management in all departments which I dealt with are unbelievably useless. Technical decisions, feature sets are made and promised by product management who have no clue how they are done and what are its pros and cons. decisions making takes forever and ever.

Pros

NSN was a good place to learn about all things Layer 2 with an amazing size of things, the QA alone was almost 100 people. I met some amazing people there and made some amazing friends as well, it will always one of those places I will look back with good review even if I resented the way it ended.

Cons

a little less politics would have made it even better. but it's very very small if you compare it to say cisco.
