Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent work - life balance. True Finnish environment so it is best for free thinking and gives an opportunity for innovation. They are big on competency development so helps the individual grow as well. Also is a flat working environment so that increases the approach-ability and hence gives a nice feel to working with them.
Cons
Cannot think of anything. even after leaving the organisation I'm still a sucker for the same. Was wonderful to work and there was always harmony within all tiers of the organisation and this brought in a feel of belonging to the employees.
