Pros

The pay is OK, and it is a place where you can get started in the mobile industry then move on.

Cons

It's an old boy network, and if you have the right friends you'll go far. But if you don't, then you won't like it here. In my team there were more "product management" and "marketing" people than engineers. These folks worked minimal hours, they came in at 10, took a long lunch, and then they left at 4. On Friday they were all "working from home". They would jet around the world and talk to other people about the projects I was working on, but since they didn't talk to me I never knew what these folks were up to. I watched as some of the most incompetant of the bunch got promoted to managers.
