      Nice place to enjoy working

      Pros

      Salary is competitive, and people got a lot of freedom in that company. Arrange the time all by yourself as long as you could finish the tasks on time. Groups also have some weekly group party funding. It's a nice place to enjoy working.

      Cons

      It's a large company, which means each one is just a small part of that big machine. There is very few hero here. So sometimes you have to accept that even if you really want to do some more challenging works, you won't get it.

      Not a great company to work for if you want career progression

      Pros

      The only pro's I can think of is that they offer a decent benefits package. Pension, healthcare, mobile phone, flexible working hours. i.e. you have to work between 9:30-12:00 and 14:00-16:00, but you can work what you want other than that so long as you do your 37.5 hours a week. They also offer a good bonus scheme (although this has declined in recent years)

      Cons

      Software Engineers are not treated well at the company. They are paid less than other departments such as marketing. There is no room for career progression. I am stuck on the same grade since I started the company even though in all my performance reviews I have exceeding all my targets. Getting professional training is difficult, as the company budgets are too restrictive.

      good domain, good technology, good work, good work life balance, good package, good work exposure, good timings, good management, good place to work

      Cons

      less package, struct up in same domain without change, too boring work, same work, different technology, bad packages when compared to other companies.
