-Managers only care about their own positions -Employees are treated as replaceable resources -Working with poor quality products -Bad project management -Not everyone is treated equally within the teams (e.g. someone can go to any training while others cannot participate at all) -Constant reorganizations -Low salary

Cons

Terrible work environment in terms of dealing with people with mental health issues. HR and higher management was no help at all. Vindictive culture, inhumane treatment of people with emotional problems, caused largely by work stress in the first place. Unfair performance review practices and tribal cover up protection among management and HR. I was forced not to show up to work one day due to unbearable conditions artificially created for me by my direct manager and HR representative.
