This may be discouraging for engineers who are trying to build their careers and gain valuable work experience. 3) Unfortunately, there is no 401k match provided with the benefits. 4) Vacation time cannot be carried over to the next calendar year. It is a use-it-or-lose-it program. At times, this can force employees to take "unwanted vacations" just to not lose their PTO time.
