      Pros

      Excellent experience. As PDPs, we are treated very well and considered to be the future leaders of the company. Though this experience depends on where your rotation is at, so far I have received more than adequate support from fellow coworkers and even upper level management who realize the importance of injecting youth into the aging work force.

      Cons

      None to speak of. Though the PDP is now enterprise-wide, you may find that each sector runs it slightly differently. You might notice this if you try to rotate out of sector. More of an observation than a con.
