      Excellent management and benefits, but PTO system is limiting. I worked at NG Melbourne FL for 4 1/2 years.

      Pros

      Management is excellent. Benefits (except for PTO) are excellent, especially the 401k matching and the HSA instead of the FSA. Pay is excellent.

      Cons

      They use a system called PTO (Paid Time Off) that gives you a fixed amount of every kind of time off every year. If you use it for sick time, then you have get vacation time. I volunteered to take unpaid time off so as to save my PTO for vacation, but I was turned down. Plus, you cannot purchase additional PTO time via salary deduction.

      Pros

      People I work with are professional and operate at a high level. They show a healthy attitude, even in compressed deadlines or other stressful situations.

      Cons

      Some information is slow to disseminate. Managers can seem out of touch, but will act quickly when communication begins.
