      Pros

      Best reasons include flexible working arrangements (in office or remote). Flexible bosses and the 10/80 schedule of working 4 day work weeks, 10 hour days. It’s really nice having every Friday off. Inclusive culture as well.

      Cons

      Promotions require years of experience and aren’t based solely on performance reviews.
