Pros

Nuance is a leader in the field of voice recognition and employees use their system in various accounts. They have many accounts all over the country. Work from home job that meets family/career style. They are responsive to their employees and are working on making their salary metrics less punitive.

Cons

Nuance is growing faster than they can hire and train employees so 'requests' for overtime is constant. Communication with anyone other than team leader is minimal to nil. To work from home you need to be a self-starter and disciplined.
