Pros

Work from home office setting.

Cons

I have aways moved up in my career, but with the insinuation of profit corporations into our healthcare, I found myself shipped off to these people. I agree with all the cons already expressed. When you lose 75% of your salary and benefits to a corporation that has devilishly tweaked ways NOT to pay you beyond minimum wage, it does not make one loyal to that corp. I feel devalued and dishonored. This isshamefully fhe resurgence of the sweatshop. Something I never thought I would see. Those manager crack the whip, and why not, our sweat pays them a livable salary. Corporations learned a lot from their time on 3rd world countries and have created the USA into one.

Pros

You will get to work on some cutting edge projects. Lot of really talented people and you will be able to participate in building some cool products.

Cons

Very long hours and sometimes you may feel frustrated at the amount of red tape and process. If you are not in the "cool" division, you may have to work on some unsatisfying projects.
