Pros

Work from home. Prompt payment of salary. Flexible timings.

Cons

Had this experience been put elsewhere, could have reached to a stable decent income. Heights of exploitation. Since there is no workers' association to question, company is treating its employees to its whims and fancies. Even daily wage earners have voice in India. More like data entry where payment is manipulated. When dictator dictates wrong and if we do not correct it too, it is critical error. They expect us to be more than doctors but pay like wage earners. QA knows only to mark critical errors (90% of the time). If we put a blank that is an error. If we do not put a blank also, that is an error. It is more like cornering. Feeling betrayed.

Pros

I really cannot think of any pros... the company has gone downhill when it comes to caring about their employees.

Cons

Poor pay.. not flexible with hours unlike most other Medical Transcription companies... getting rid of people right and left.... Lost half of middle management.
