Pros

- 4 weeks vacation - 10 sick/personal days - occasional work from home -competitive benefit package

Cons

- the expectation that you learn multiple products makes becoming good at your job difficult - extremely limited career advancement paths - extremely limited ongoing education to improve employee skills - disconnect between management and HR can lead to large salary gaps - non-competitive industry standard wage brackets (low pay) - management with no "management" skills

Pros

Well, you get to work at home, which is nice. Their software is good and the software techs are very responsive by email and give good instructions.

Cons

The pay is very low and they are very particular to work for. Trying to balance between the speed they need from you, the pages and pages and pages of account specific instructions, the tons of accounts that they put you on is very difficult.

Pros

Micromanaged, ridiculous QA parameters that have nothing to do with patient care. Lack of work on a regular basis. Constant badgering of loyal employees. Over-hiring, outsourcing...and those are the pros.

Cons

INCOMPETENT NON-ENGLISH TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM
