Pros

None that I experienced but it seems that people in a technical role have the opportunity to work on some interesting products.

Cons

After 20 years in the workforce I can honestly say that this is the least inspiring and most disengaged senior management group that I have ever seen. The company is a behemoth and the executives lack the creativity and interest to find ways to nurture the people and products that they have in place; their idea of growth and market domination is scooping up smaller companies and subsequently ruining them. Acquisitions are handled poorly and the communication from HQ is disjointed and slow. Employees are numbers and nothing more.

Pros

Direct deposit and working from home are the only positives.

Cons

new pay scale which means one never knows from week to week how much they are earning - went from being paid hourly to production. So if you are trying to get a loan for a car, refi your house, whatever, you can't tell the loan company what you make in a month because you don't know. It consistently changes. They are outsourcing more and more to India, their "Global partner". Poor management. Poor employee relations. Everything seems to be kept in the dark with only sharing a tad bit of info.
