Pros

Flexible hours; can work from home

Cons

Low cubicle walls, which is very distractive. Relatively low salaries; Very bad healthcare. If you are falling into the category of high paid employee you can't deduct more than $12K to 401K. Bonuses are paid in stocks, which vest over a few years, which makes them quite worthless, considering that the NUAN stock is going mainly down.

Pros

If you are a work-from-home mom, this is a really nice place to be since there are lots of flexibility.

Cons

if you are a young professional looking for a bright future, don't ever stay here. It is guaranteed a waste of time spent here.

Pros

they have enough work for everyone

Cons

They will find ways to shoot down your accuracy and then pay you lesser than you have actually worked for. Every QA has a way of marking his/her own errors and error reversal never happens even if its a clear-cut case. Team Leaders are extremely egoistic and favoritism is rampant.
