Pros

Nuance is a great workplace where you are properly guided by the manager regarding the targets and they help you achieve that. Achieving target is mildly difficult but with hard work you can achieve that. Benefits are good. The work environment is not overwhelming.

Cons

Sometimes, it becomes very hectic when multiple providers are sending cases.

Pros

Decent pay, good vacation, smart people for the most part. Cutting edge products and technology. They've allowed 100% remote work for those who want it since Covid.

Cons

Since Microsoft acquired Nuance in 2022, the communication has gone silent about what the company will look like in the future short and long-term. Health insurance is not great. There are entrenched executive managers, who contribute nothing and don't let employees try to change ineffective processes.

Pros

Minimal micromanagement can be seen.

Cons

Night shift makes it a tad but difficult. Internal growth takes too much time.
