Pros

Good entry level salary, good environment. Friendly staff, Video games during lunch time. Awesome perks (4 weeks vacation, RRSP, Share purchase program, gym membership compensation, transport compensation). Work incentive bonus programs. Great opportunity for growth if you are motivated.

Cons

You might have to work nights and weekend's every now and then. Certain departments use proprietary programming language. Employees might have negative attitude towards work at times.

Thank you for your response. With a fast moving technology company there might be times non-traditional work hours are needed. As for the negative employees, unfortunately with any company there will be some negative insight that is out of anyone’s control. We hope these people voice this to their managers so it can be properly addressed. We're happy to see you enjoyed your experience and the amenities in our Montreal office.

Pros

No pros to be entered.

Cons

Demeaning, condescending, overrated. Terrible company, always running out of work due to over hiring and make their employees feel like dirt. QA nitpicks and changes their minds constantly. Also the pay grid was constantly changing making it harder and harder to earn bonuses or incentive pay. The absolute worst company I ever was a part of. I am ashamed to say I worked for them.

Pros

There are literally no pros to working as an MLS for this company.

Cons

Rarely have full time work. They expect you to bounce multiple accounts all day long. Their QA is overly aggressive. They don't care AT ALL if you make a decent living or not, it's all about their bottom line. 200+ MLS just got terminated today because THEY can't manage their work flow and send way too much work overseas.
