Pros

flexible hours, options to work home frequently depending on your project, 4 weeks vacation, 10 days sick, decent benefits (health, dental, 150$ per year for fitness, 70$ per month on transportation), interesting products, stock options, great people

Cons

In the last month or so we seem understaffed and we have been doing longer hours for our project specifically. You have to learn too many different products and technologies. We used to have company outings/activities once a month, but now the last company activity was in December. It seems like company morale is starting to go down. A couple years ago i would have rated it 5 stars, now 4, if things continue maybe 3 soon.
