Pros

Remote and work from home environment

Cons

New push from management to constantly create time sheets for everything from starting your day and logging in, to reading emails and reviewing teams messages. The focus has drastically shifted from great customer support to our clients to the need to maintain high metrics so staff are spread thin trying to support 10-15 healthcare systems daily. There is no Epic education or maintaining Epic knowledge initiatives or even a good way to gauge the agents Epic knowledge. What we have is a team of former Epic go live support contractors with little experience, who have access to multiple Epic clients production environment providing outdated and in many cases inaccurate advice to Physicians and Clinicians in Epic - and in some cases uncertified agents doing Epic build.

Hot mess

Pros

Work from home. Some scribe experience for premeds

Cons

Their training is a mess. They expect you to just read information for 5 days. Then you get basic training on one specialty and the second step of training in a different specialty. There’s also zero communication. If you don’t ask for next steps they’re not going to tell you what to do. There’s no direction. The pay is not worth the stress of not knowing whether your gonna get fired because you did or didn’t do something they never told you to do. Very dissatisfied with my time as a scribe. Not sure how they even made it to best company to work for. They clearly overwork they’re employees.

CEO, General Company Culture, Leadership Support

Cons

Outdated technology in use internally. Processes confusing, disparate, and not documented if at all. Lower to Mid level Mgt Cliques.
