Pros

Nuance is a premium company that many doesn't know about, but it has a dominant presence in USA and has monopoly over the healthcare products in US market. Coming to pros, there are numerous, but few to pen down -- -Flexible work culture, WFH -Job security is the best, even during COVID, it has been hiring aggressively and business has taken a boom. If someone doesn't believe this, you can google the share of this company and check it's V shaped curve and see how fast it has recovered from the temporary fall in share. -You will be working with one of the best minds in the industry and job security is best if you're true to yourself. (Definitely it's not like typical service based industries where you will be paid peanuts to do nothing) Here you perform, and you're rewarded accordingly. -Very frequent parties, gifts, free lunch, subsidized transport etc. are the ones that matter the least. -Compensation offered is at par with market standard. -Most important, quality of work is the best. Mostly you'll be working on R&D projects which will give a steep rise to your learning curve. -CEO and CTO engage quite a lot through webinars etc. It is easy for every employee to know where the organization is heading. -Pretty flat hierarchy and not a big line of levels, which makes work easy, and my personal belief is that it saves cost to company that is well passed on to employees. -They provide good medi-claim and insurance facilities and yearly bonus is good. -Good investment on personal development and external trainings.

Cons

-Onsite is less at a developer role as it's a core product based organization -Documentation etc. might seem less in few projects where work is preferred over JIRA, SRS etc. but that's okay. That hardly bothers the developer. -Least to mention, but only veg food is served in cafeteria

Cons

Toxic environment in the Dublin office especially if you are unlucky enough to be part of the Accounting team. Leaders don't have a clue of what managing and leading means. Unsure future/direction of the Company post Spin off Not enough resources for investments
