Pros

There used to be ONLY ONE and that was pay was on time. Now there isn't even that. They own their MLS promised bonuses and incentives for bailing them out of the recent cyber attack mess. Their only response thus far is "We Blew it, we really blew it." SHAME ON YOU.

Cons

That could take hours to list them all. Poor management, poor management. Did I mention poor management? You get the picture. Unethical, lack of integrity are traits that will make you go far with this company. Hard work, loyalty mean nothing.

Pros

Cannot think of any. Guess they pay on time.

Cons

Everything, FIESA, very demoralizing company, do not think at all about the employee, bottom line is their pocket, most of us cannot even pay our bills, less than minimum wage, huge California "layoff" because of having to pay minimum wage. Stay away.

Terrible Leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

Not easy to identify them

Cons

the leadership at Nuance is incompetent at nearly all levels. The CEO is hated within the company and even SVPs complain about him. Nearly every week, a new priority arises and execs panic - teams are flipped from one project to the next. Many in the company are demoralized on a regular basis. You can see it in the hallways and in meetings. The company is now telling employees to write positive reviews here to try to raise their score to paper over the issues with the culture. Good companies don't need to do that.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. Most companies do request employees to post information on glassdoor about their experience. We do not ask for a specific type of review, only that the employee writes a review. We are sorry if you misinterpreted that request. We see you’ve been with the company for three years and it’s been a challenging three years for you. Have you thought about looking at opportunities internally that would be more to your liking? We have over 400 jobs available and 19% of our roles are filled through internal movement.
