Pros

The online courses can be helpful.

Cons

My pay was cut by 60% when voice recognition took over. It is horrible. How can they say we are doing this important job and people's LIVES are at stake. Well, if that is true, make a product that works. If someone's blood sugar is 111, it shouldn't be 01/11/2013. If someone has "good cooking skills" it shouldn't come out, "good cocaine skills". Does it make sense that someone who goes to school for 12 years uses state of the art technology (cough, cough) that comes out with horrid mistakes and we are paid pennies to fix it and make it look good? The CEO makes 37 million a year, they actually have to ADD money to my check so I can make minimum wage, honestly.

Pros

Large, stock options, lots of benefits

Cons

Dreadful wages. I did not accept the position. I have transcribed for 42 years acute care, QA for 7, and they offered me $3.00 less per hour than I had been making. I could not take the regimentation, the working holidays, etc., staying IC. Much more relaxing. I read articles about their shady business practices. There are people in that company who are making millions, MILLIONS, and they can't pay their MT and QA people anything? Plus they outsource to India. No thanks.

Pros

Insurance benefits, Maternity leave, Royalty bonus, PF

Cons

Very less basic bay, everything is added to as incentives, which fully depends on your accuracy (the calculation of which is very dissatisfactory, they do postaudit irregularly every month). Very huge work pressure, at the end of the month you will feel you need not have worked that much for this salary.
