Pros

Benefits, vacation, nice coworkers, that’s it the benefits were fairly decent

Cons

They hire people and lay you off- don’t even mail you your belongings...they are discriminating towards older people and those with disabilities, people swear and act completely unprofessional, they do not train you and expect you to know the job at hand..run...

Pros

Working from the comfort of your home.

Cons

Software is absolutely horrendous that they expect you to utilize (glitchy). They expect you to listen to medical doctors who cough, sneeze, dictate during fire drills or other extraneous noises with 100% accuracy. When you are QA'd, they have better software than you are utilizing, and you are absolutely dinged (pay-wise) for all of the deficiencies (yours or those created by dictators). They are currently in the midst of a lawsuit (not paying wages).

Pros

WFH is ample, facilities are great

Cons

1.Org Works on lot of new technologies, but work happens only from US. You in pune office will fix tests and builds for most part. 2. People do not have common courtesy, be ready to hear most humiliating things you ever heard. 3. People who are already settled in project will not share knowledge, as doing so will reduce their hold on things, so doing very basic things will be hell of a task. 4. Lots and lots of politics 5. Always , and I really mean "always" there will be a constant fear of job cuts.
