Pros

When I had to go out on FMLA due to an injury they worked with me to get through a difficult time.

Cons

Constant changes in teams as is the nature of the beast, hard to get line counts when you are constantly changing clients and consistent feedback.

Pros

Great benefits, including 4 weeks paid time off. Very solid, competent management and employees. Flexible about work from home arrangements.

Cons

Salary is below average given cost-of-living and work load. Office seems outdated even after renovations. Profession Services is slow moving technology-wise compared to other divisions within the company, although this may be changing. CEO is overpaid and not as tech minded as leaders of other large tech companies.

Pros

Work from home (which isolates you from knowing when managers plot to let you go and your position becomes obsolete due to the only contact being your immediate manager).

Cons

Nuance buys over smaller companies, then thins them down by throwing people out. They are purely profit driven with a "Vital Few" vision, so projects get cancelled overnight, resulting in you loosing your job overnight.
