Pros

Great fun, if you're a glutton for punishment, that is.

Cons

I find it incredulous, knowing how little we are compensated for doing this job....then, at the same time, I'm forced to do training sessions where they tell me, among other things, that it will help, when doing an operative report, to picture the actual operation as it is being performed. Hmmm....what's wrong with this picture? If I have the skill it would take one to actually picture an operation as it's being performed, should I ever be faced with possibly making even less than minimum wage...and never making all that much more than minimum wage, no matter how hard I work?!? Then, the training on using autocorrects and macros. What a joke. I've developed my own system of autocorrects that makes this company's ideas on the same look foolish.

Pros

Good platform, usually nice and responsive team leaders.

Cons

Hard to make a living here any more...FIESA (their quality feedback program) is demoralizing. I used to have nearly perfect QC scores and felt confident in my abilities. About ready to quit due to this program and its negative effect on my morale.
