Pros

Work at home (curse or boon??).

Cons

You work as a slave here. No jobs during shift hours yet you have to make your target hence slog during your week-offs too. You do patient records but you will end up being chronic patients. No social life. No family time.

Pros

Entering the voice recognition industry is a challenging yet rewarding experience.

Cons

Softwares produced by this company (in the auto department at least) are based on early prototypes implemented (hacked) in a rush to seduce customers or enter new markets. They never get refactored and the quality of the code produced is simply awful. The management is to be avoided at all cost. Cold-blooded and eager to finger point anyone to cover their own responsibilities. My worst experience ever.

Pros

Working from home, that is it. I had one remarkable TSM who was upfront, honest, caring and accessible.

Cons

Everything. Once an employee starts making decent money on an account, they change your account.
