Pros

Great work life balance. Manager readily allowed me to work from home 3-4 days. Technology has made it all possible.

Cons

No vision for the future, people always stepping on your toe. No progress allowed, asking for promotion seems like i am asking them to step down.

Pros

Truthfully, I can't think of any.

Cons

When Nuance bought the company I worked for, my pay dropped by two-thirds, my QA scores suddenly dropped, and my stress level went up 150%. I have now been retired a little more than a year and make more getting social security than I did at Nuance.
