Pros

Work from home work life balance, but this is being phased out. Great place to learn how not to run a large software services company

Cons

Senior leadership lacks clear vision of where the company is going, let alone how to implement it. Mid-management lack the experience or desire to drive improvements or set clear objectives. Poor planning is the normal operating mode. Utter disregard for the need to set clear objectives for employees drives poor productivity and engagement from all areas in the business. Technical debt is created at every turn and is never addressed due to product priorities.

Pros

There is hardly anything good about this company.

Cons

- Compensation is poor relative to other companies in the area (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, Apple). - There is no growth potential here except what you personally choose for growth. You might work on technologies that don't align with your choices. - There is no upward mobility. - You are not fairly compensated for your effort and rewards and recognition are only given to top-level positions regardless of competence. Lower-level positions receive minimal pay increases and no stock awards. - Management is slow to make decisions and can't seem to express a vision that aligns with the work you do. - Facilities are awful. They are remotely managed and the person in charge is incompetent.

Pros

No pros that I can't think of. Even if you have to work at home, I'm sure you could find a better company.

Cons

They are greedy and count off for minor mistakes just to get your pay down to minimum wage. Believe me, if you don't have any mistakes, they will find some supposedly mistakes. They should be ashamed of themselves. Also, if you are a good producer, they will slow the work down and claim that they don't have any work available. Either way, a person can't make more than minimum wage.
