      Could be a good place to work if they paid better and weren't so critical

      Pros

      Good platform, usually nice and responsive team leaders.

      Cons

      Hard to make a living here any more...FIESA (their quality feedback program) is demoralizing. I used to have nearly perfect QC scores and felt confident in my abilities. About ready to quit due to this program and its negative effect on my morale.

      Have a strong sense of belief in this company. They have struggled a bit but I think they have a lot of smart people and fantastic technologies.

      Cons

      Could be more culture to office life. Building is old and could use updating for the current employees.

      Pros

      Only reason still working is able to work from home.

      Cons

      ITPs feel like left in the woods blindfolded. Meager pay. Tendency of management to cut pay of MTs as much as possible. Vengeance of the so called QCs. Office space worse than small browsing centers. Exploitation of poor MTs to maximum extent possible.
