Pros

Remote (+), paid Internet (+), strong contracts, smart employees, good benefits (PTO +), and opportunity to grow in the company.

Cons

Payment- fast food restaurant similarity. Good leaders energize, bad leaders cause burn-out. We have a combination of micromanagement, over management and management by fear. Employees at this department are frightened and psychologically stressed even by the simplest decisions. Counter productive.
