      ** Good compensation, flexible salary structure ** Company has been hiring rigorously for last few years. They could double the headcount at Pune location. New, as well as existing projects (mostly in niche tech areas) are hiring. ** Good and established processes and compliance checks in place as part of project management.

      Cons

      ** Limited options of employee benefits. ** Location is remote with limited or no options for food and recreation outside office premises. ** Recent layoffs

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits for their employees, including wellness programs and affordable health care. PTO is comparable to years of employment and employees are encouraged to take time off. Really great self-service HR portal on the Voice.

      Cons

      There are many silos among the various service lines that cause frustration between team members from different departments working on the same project. Not necessarily the fault of the company - its just a large international corporation undergoing a tremendous growth spurt.
