Pros

Great technology. A wonderful place to work if you have a good manager. PTO and paid holidays.

Cons

If you are not a Mon-Fri schedule, you are out some of the paid holidays if they fall on your regular day off as you do not get another day off in its place. That is particularly true if you work Tues-Sat. Very hard to keep work/home life balance.

Pros

Work at home, save on gas.

Cons

Everything. They are not flexible, they are not family friendly. You get vacation days, but when you request 1 or 2 days 3 weeks in advance, you are denied because there is not enough coverage and that's because this horrible company cannot retain their employees and everyone quits. I personally have not run out of work, but I agrees with what the others posted about meeting the incentive guidelines and their horrible FIESA quality control. I have never felt so de-valued as an employee and as a person. Do not work here.
