      The salary is good, there's a nice cafeteria and the work life balance is ok.

      Hard to get much done as quite hierarchical

      Very good salaries, stable company, practically no layoffs, quite international

      Cons

      Very odd culture. People try 80% of the time to defend themselves against others in the company or actively blame them. 20% of the time is spent on actual work.

      Pros

      OMV is a stable employer, in general allowing for a good balance of work and private life. Atmosphere on the work floor is excellent.

      Cons

      General salary and compensation for night work or overtime is far below industry standard. No compensation days given for days worked offshore or desert when employed on a local contract.
