Pros

there are no pros. Currently they are asking for consultants to work on the organisational culture in the OSCE Mission. No accountability, excessive bulling, and senior managment is very disengaged and only concererned about their promotions.

Cons

There so many people that go on burnout leave that i don't even know who is working in that mission. Even when there are numerous harassment complaints, no one does proper investigations and it is usually the bullies that file harassement complaints. In cases of sexual harassment complaints, there are no investigations, but alleged offenders are just nudged to quietly leave the mission.
