Fantastic interview and on-boarding experience. Top-quality employees, professionalism and information sharing. Good benefits (i.e. six weeks annual leave, non-taxable income, pension, health insurance). The mandate of the Organization has a global impact and you see concrete results from your work. Well-established administrative regulations and procedures. Opportunities for work/life balance i.e. flex-time, telecommuting, sabbaticals.

Cons

High-turnover of senior management due to limitations in period of service. Bureaucratic. Hierarchical culture. Opportunities for upward mobility are rare and often extremely competitive.
