      Cons

      Loads of partiality in the company. People who are close to manager get good salary hike instead of deserving people. No Bonus for some people despite of giving assurance in the beginning.

      Ocrex is a wonderful place to work at, with extra helpful and knowledgeable individuals. Its a place where everyone learns from everyone,regardless of the hierarchy. I find great work satisfaction and sense of personal and professional growth, working here at Ocrex. In no time, company has achieved so much. Its a right place to be, if you share the passion for hard work and continuous learning.

      Co-operative higher management. Highly technical staff and higher management. Nice environment. Flexible timings. Well organized.
